Megan is part of the Gene Editing team at Life EditTherapeutics, working on developing off-target analysis approaches. Prior to joining Life Edit, Megan was a Scientist at Locus Biosciences working on the eukaryotic team to optimize and characterize a Type I CRISPR system, Cas3.
Megan received her PhD in Genetics from North Carolina StateUniversity in 2021 where she worked on implementing CRISPR systems in non-model insect species for genetic pest management approaches.
